Adult Braces Wire change Top and Bottom 2016
Happy 2016'!!!! Thanks for stopping by to read up on my braces update. I have not been doing any videos or blogging because nothing has really changed. Well, let me rephrase that, yes there has been some changes.
My spaces did close
My bottom teeth have shifted back
I'm happy all spaces have closed, but I'm not happy about the shifting back of my bottom teeth. My teeth were aligned fine until I began wearing the elastics a couple of months ago. For now, I am going to be patient and wait to see what my results will be in a few months.
The reason why I know this is because I have videos and pictures of the results back in the summer of 2015' and my teeth were fine. I look like I have a slight overbite now...........
Regimen
My braces regimen has not really changed except I don't use my Water Pik as much, I use only the dental brushes and sometimes floss. I literally floss in 2-5 minutes. I also go to the dentist for teeth cleanings every 4 months instead of every 3 months.

I’m glad the braces helped your teeth. I can't wait to see the results of the braces once they come off. I also have braces as I have a bad overbite. Hopefully they help me also and I am able to take them off eventually. Thank you for sharing your braces progress as it really helps me get through my experience also.
